Technical Description:

TK 2010 parts washing tank, built with an automatic return lid and a waste collection tray. This set consists of: a stand, a stainless steel tray, a stainless steel lid, a pedal, a hydraulic shock absorber, and a removable stainless steel wash tank with a drain valve for emptying.

Material structure made of SAE 1010/20 carbon steel painted in red.

Application:

For cleaning parts, tools, paint guns, etc.

Compatibility of flammable liquids:

Compatible with: Acetone, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ether, diesel fuel, gasoline, glycerin, hexane, hydraulic oils and kerosene.

Stainless steel is not compatible with products such as: sulfuric acid.

Mode of operation:

The operator must press the pedal with their foot to open the lid, pour the flammable liquid over the parts for cleaning, and then release the pedal to close the lid with its hydraulic shock absorber system. To empty the lid, open the ball valve located at the bottom of the tank.

Prevents the spread of fire in case of fire;
Lid with automatic closing by means of hydropneumatic piston;
Does not hit when closing the lid, nor does it hurt the operator;
Drain valve for tank with capacity of 50 and 100 liters;

It maintains the fire triangle cut by cutting off oxygen, as the lid is always kept closed.
