Fireproof cabinet for corrosives constructed of carbon steel plates inside and out, with a layer of resistant insulation all around. It features top and bottom openings with a double flame-retardant system that acts as a ventilation vent for light and heavy gases.

Designed to withstand temperatures of 900°C for 1 hour, it features a reinforced lower base made of "U" sheet metal, with threads for installing four leveling feet. Equipped with two doors with built-in spark-proof Cremona latch and two keys, plus movable and adjustable shelves (flap up or down), adjustable on internal rulers every 15 cm.



The cabinet features an interior coating of corrosion-resistant polymer alloy, with stainless steel shelves also coated in the same color as the cabinet. The interior and exterior are painted blue, or any other color of your choice.

It meets the NFPA, OSHA, NR 20, NB 98 (Ordinance 3214/78), UL 1275 – Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinets and NBR 17505-4 standards, in addition to fire resistance tests carried out by IPT – Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas.

Built-in Security

▸ Flame-arresting opening edge to prevent explosions from mechanical discharges. ▸ Built-in spark-resistant lock with three-point locking prevents unauthorized access. ▸ Multiple grounding points throughout; simply remove a rivet to secure the grounding cable. ▸ Continuous top, bottom, and side closure for added protection.

Convenience and Quality

▸ Easy-to-adjust shelves every 15 cm, with a load capacity of 80 kg each, laboratory-tested (IPT). ▸ 3 mm "U" beam reinforcement and 100 mm height, avoiding direct contact with the floor and facilitating transport. ▸ Four leveling feet to keep the cabinet stable and elevated. ▸ Double-wall construction (#18 sheets) with thermal insulation, reinforced with creases for greater strength. ▸ Safety stickers: "KEEP FIRE AWAY - FLAMMABLE", with a quadrant marked for corrosives, instructions for use, and corresponding standards.
