Some special products cannot be transported loose inside a truck or other vehicle. These include certain types of food, chemicals, solvents, medications, veterinary or pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and others (in some cases for human and/or animal consumption).
In short, its main function is to help carriers safely segregate hazardous, incompatible, contaminating, or otherwise special products. The Safe Box, also known as a Cargo Safe, was developed for this environmental safety.
The load capacity of the safe varies depending on the model chosen, and some models have a capacity close to 1,000 liters. Some models are thermally insulated, and in these cases, the load capacity is slightly reduced compared to the same model without this feature.

They are supplied with stainless steel accessories. The safes have a stainless steel snap closure on the lid. Depending on the size of the box, two metal latches are installed. They also have a rubber seal.
They are generally manufactured in orange, but in specific cases, for large quantities, any color is available. The safes also have a drain for easy cleaning. Safety seals and locks can be used; if you have any questions, please contact us.
ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) has standards for these products, and some of our models comply with ABNT 15589:2008 NBR, which complies with ABNT Resolution 420 of February 12, 2004. Some models also comply with Decree 4097 2002, of January 23, 2002, of the Ministry of Transportation, which regulates the transportation of dangerous goods together with other products in the same vehicle. Most models are stackable and palletizable, designed to efficiently meet logistical needs. They can be moved with a forklift and/or pallet jack.
They are manufactured from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) using the rotational molding process. A rotational molded safe is the best option when this product is required.
