Technical Description:

Safety and explosion-proof funnel model TK 2020, with flame arrestor and thermomechanical fuse, ideal for safely filling and/or disposing of flammable and combustible materials at the drum nozzles and in an explosion-proof manner. It has a lid with instant (automatic) spring closure in case the thermal fuse trips due to contact with a temperature equal to or above 68 degrees Celsius.

Application:

Used in drums by screwing it onto the drum to dispose of flammable and combustible liquids in general.

Mode of operation:

Screw the funnel onto the drum's 2" or ¾" opening and keep the lid closed when not in use. If the funnel is left open, it will automatically close in the event of a fire, cutting off oxygen and preventing the drum from exploding.
