Code TK10213

Fireproof cabinet for flammable materials constructed of carbon steel plates inside and out, with a layer of resistant insulation all around. It features top and bottom openings with a double flame-retardant system that acts as a ventilation vent for light and heavy gases.

It's the only cabinet designed to withstand temperatures of 900°C for 1 hour. The lower base is reinforced with a "U" shaped sheet metal profile and allows for the installation of four leveling feet. It features two doors with built-in spark-proof Cremona latches and two keys, as well as movable and adjustable shelves (installable with the flap up or down) that are adjustable on internal slats every 15 cm.

Internally and externally painted finish, in yellow (fuels – Class III) or yellow for flammable liquids in general.

The cabinet meets NFPA, OSHA, NR 20, NB 98 (Ordinance 3214/78), UL 1275 – Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinets and NBR 17505-4 standards, in addition to fire resistance tests carried out by IPT – Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas.

Built-in Security

▸ Flame-arresting opening edge to prevent explosions from mechanical discharges. ▸ Built-in spark-resistant lock with three-point locking to prevent unauthorized access. ▸ Multiple grounding points throughout; simply remove a rivet to secure the grounding cable. ▸ Continuous top, bottom, and side locking for added protection.

Convenience and Quality

▸ Easy-to-adjust shelves every 15 cm, with a load capacity of 80 kg each, laboratory-tested (IPT). ▸ 3 mm U-beam reinforcement and 100 mm height, preventing direct contact with the floor and facilitating transportation. ▸ Four leveling feet to keep the cabinet stable and elevated. ▸ Double-wall construction (#18 sheets) with thermal insulation, reinforced with creases for greater strength. ▸ Safety stickers: "KEEP FIRE AWAY - FLAMMABLE", instructions for use and corresponding standards.
