Used to work with the transfer of flammable materials where a simple spark could cause a disaster, it must be connected to the source (donor with receiver) thus inhibiting the electrostatic discharge accumulated by the liquid in the metal container, due to the turbulence caused by the flammable material contained therein.

In the case of GROUNDING THE FIRE CABINET, the procedure of removing the rivet to insert a screw must be used and this does not alter the character of the fire cabinet, and it has been done as usual for some time as it allows the user to use the point that best suits him/her!!

Our recommendation is to use a pre-drilled point to place the rivet. This can be removed without any problem and a screw can be placed in its place where your grounding cable with eyelet can be placed.

It is worth remembering that the most important grounding must be done when transferring the donor container to the recipient with flammable materials inside and/or outside the fire cabinet, in order to neutralize the static charge accumulated in both containers and in accordance with NR20.
