Laboratory Container with Easel

This model features a self-closing valve for convenient and controlled dispensing of hazardous liquids. Its filling nozzle has a self-closing cap. It's specifically approved for use on countertops, raised shelves, or laboratories. It features a valve at the top, fully connected to a built-in vacuum relief valve, allowing the liquid to flow. This model is specifically designed for strategic placement for filling smaller containers in graduated dosages. Supplied with a bronze safety valve and self-closing valve. Application:

For the storage, transportation, use, and transfer of flammable and/or combustible liquids. This is done using a mobile stand or by pouring it into an elevated location.

Compatibility of flammable liquids:

Compatible with: ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ether, diesel fuel, gasoline, glycerin, hexyl hydraulic oils, kerosene, lubricants, naphtha, deli oil, and fuel oil.

NOTE: the nozzle seal can be corroded by products such as: chlorine forme and heptane.

Stainless steel is not compatible with products such as: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.

SAE 1010/20 Carbon Steel is compatible with oils, gasoline, thinner, kerosene and diesel oil.

Operating mode

When filling, the operator manually opens the lid by pressing the trigger and the upper handle lever. When unloading and transferring, the operator activates the quick-seal safety valve. If desired, we also have a flexible hose available for this item as an option, which facilitates filling through small nozzles (code 23003).
