Container - Model T2 / Plunger Cans

It consists of a container coupled with a special pump system that provides a quick, easy, and safe process. For example, moistening cleaning cloths or parts on an assembly line. Pressing the top plate of the container causes the liquid to rise to the surface, thus wetting the cloth or rag the operator is using. Excess liquid automatically returns to the interior of the container, thus preventing possible explosions and liquid waste. The container plate, equipped with a flame arrestor system, is completely explosion-safe and also reduces the escape of harmful vapors, thus preventing the vaporization of the liquid in use.

Technical Description:

Safety and explosion-proof container, model T2, capacity as per the table below. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Application:

The same one used on the assembly line, as it consists of a container coupled with a special pumping system on its upper plate.

Compatibility of flammable liquids:

Acetone, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ether, diesel fuel, lubricants, naphtha, diesel oil, fuel oil, perchlorethylene, sodium hydroxide, toluene, toluene and silicone, etc.

Note: The nozzle seal can be attacked by products containing: chloroform and heptane.

Please note that the product made of stainless steel is not compatible with products such as sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, etc.

Mode of operation:

Place the flammable liquid to be used in the container. To clean or moisten cloths or rags, place it in the hole in the plate and press down several times until the cloth (rag) is moistened.
