Rotary Transfer Pumps
Technical Description:
Manual and rotary pump with a flow rate of 20 to 30 liters per minute, suitable for transferring flammable, combustible, corrosive liquids and chemical reagents in general, through pumping by manual and rotary movement.
Application:
Used in locations requiring pumping into containers or drums and with average daily use. It has the capacity to pump 20 to 30 liters per minute of flammable, combustible, corrosive, and/or chemical reagents in general.
Tekin has a wide range of transfer products, each designed for a specific purpose (need). Tested and quality-assured products, a quality that builds trust because they have undergone rigorous industry and other testing.
Mode of operation:
Remove the cap from the 50, 100, or 200-liter chemical drum, position the rotary pump over the drum, and screw on the 2" adapter. Adjust the pump tube to the desired height, which is divided into three sections (for tall and/or short containers, to facilitate the work). Attach the supplied hose to the pump and connect the grounding cable from the drum and/or desired container to the other container (from the donor to the recipient) to neutralize the static charge accumulated in the liquid during the transfer, thus avoiding the risk of spontaneous combustion and/or explosion. This type of transfer prevents potential splashes caused by transfers using conventional drum taps.
Its flow capacity is 20 to 30 liters/minute.
Built-in quality:
- Product meets national and international regulations;
- Prevents the spread of fire in case of fire;
- Equipped with flame arrester and explosion-proof system;
- Adapter already attached to it of 2” BSP, to screw into the drum;
- Easy to attach to 50, 100 and 200 liter drums, allowing you to both remove liquid from the drum and return it to the drum, i.e. double flow direction.
- Ease of dumping and/or disposal of liquid waste.
- Prevents the operator from inhaling toxic vapors released by flammable, combustible, and/or corrosive materials.
- An anti-static system is also provided with the 1.8m long pump, in order to eliminate the static charge accumulated by the liquid to be pumped.
- Environmental protection.
- Hose is supplied with the pump with 1800mm length.
Application:
Used in locations requiring pumping into containers or drums and with average daily use. It has the capacity to pump 20 to 30 liters per minute of flammable, combustible, corrosive, and/or chemical reagents in general.
It is important to request the pump code made from the appropriate material for the chemical product it will be used with (see table below).
