T7 security container

Designed for the storage, transportation, and disposal of flammable liquids, its main purpose is quick filling and emptying, thanks to its oversized 100 mm diameter neck opening. A fixed handle position allows the lid to remain open for easy filling and emptying. Suitable for filling large-volume containers, such as tanks, it is also widely used to collect dirty liquids from cleaning laboratory and industrial equipment.

Technical Description:

Safety and explosion-proof container, model T7, capacity as per the table below. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a 100mm opening for easier filling and emptying.

Application:

In the storage, transfer and disposal of flammable liquids.

Compatibility of flammable liquids:

Compatible with acetone, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ether, diesel fuel, lubricants; naphtha, diesel oil, fuel oil, perchlorethylene, sodium hydroxide, toluene, toluene and silicone.

NOTE: The nozzle seal can be attacked by products containing: chloroform and Heptane.

Stainless steel is not compatible with products such as sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, etc.

Mode of operation:

When filling and transporting, the operator opens the lid by activating the spring using the handle and engages it in the rest link (open position) located at the base.
