Security Container

Designed with a single "spout" for filling and pouring, this model is designed for transporting and storing flammable liquids, ideal for filling containers with wider mouths. It features ribs all around and a raised bottom to withstand greater impacts. Its opening reaches 80° for quick filling and pouring, and features a leak-proof cap, pressure relief, and flame arrestor system.

Technical Description:

Safety and explosion-proof container, model T1, capacity as per the table below. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Application:

It is used for transporting and storing flammable and combustible liquids.

Compatibility of flammable liquids:

Acetone, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ether, diesel fuel, lubricants, naphtha, diesel oil, fuel oil, perchlorethylene, sodium hydroxide, toluene, toluene and silicone etc.

Note: The nozzle seal can be attacked by products containing: chloroform and Heptane.

Please note that the product made of stainless steel is not compatible with products such as sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, etc.

Mode of operation:

When filling, the operator opens the lid by activating the trigger or lever on the upper handle and tilts it to remove the liquid in question.
