Description

Fireproof cabinet made of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for storing flammable, combustible, pesticide, and corrosive materials. The structure is constructed of internal and external sheet metal, with a layer of durable insulation all around.

▸ Top and bottom opening with double flame arrester system for ventilation of light and heavy gases ▸ Fire resistance of 900°C for 1 hour ▸ Lower base in reinforced “U” sheet profile, with threads for installation of 4 leveling feet ▸ Doors with anti-sparking Cremona latch, built-in and with 2 keys ▸ Movable and adjustable shelves, adjustable in rulers every 15 cm, can be installed with the flap up or down ▸ Polished stainless steel finish

Meets the following standards: NFPA, OSHA, NR 20, NB 98, Ordinance 3214/78, UL 1275 – Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinets and NBR 17505-4, with fire resistance tests carried out by IPT.

▸ Flame arrester system on the opening edges to prevent explosion ▸ Built-in anti-spark lock with three-point locking ▸ Grounding points all around, allowing easy installation of grounding cable ▸ Continuous closing system, preventing fire entry and ensuring total safety

Convenience and Quality

▸ Adjustable shelves with a 15 cm scale for better internal use ▸ Reinforcement in a 3 mm “U” beam and 100 mm in height, raising the cabinet and avoiding direct contact with the floor ▸ 4 leveling feet for stability and leveling ▸ Structure in No. 18 stainless steel sheets, with double walls and high-resistance thermal insulation ▸ Internal and external reinforcements with creases for greater durability ▸ Load capacity of 80 kg per shelf, laboratory tested (IPT)
