Containment Pallets are designed to form a retention platform and meet your workplace requirements safely and efficiently while preserving the environment. They are constructed entirely of polyethylene or steel. For material storage and handling, they offer excellent chemical resistance, low weight, and easy mobility. They are used for storage, pumping, and transportation.


These pallets and their options, such as ramp, joining element, secondary containment system, meet EPA CFR 264.175, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000 and environmental inspection requirements.


With the increasing use of IBCs, TEKIN launches its newest and most innovative product for large-scale containment: the TK 4000 IBC containment pallet, designed to facilitate transportation, storage, and use. It works as a modular system, with no installation, assembly, or even complex masonry systems—ready to use. Made entirely of high-density polyethylene, it is available in two models:


  • High Profile: With entry for palletizer and forklift, where you can transport your IBCs throughout the factory.
  • COD 4060 – Measuring 1300 x 1300 x 800mm, height containing 1200 liters – Load capacity of 2500 kg

It features support throughout its upper section with holes at strategic points and along its entire side for accommodating tanks or IBCs, thus eliminating the need for perfect centering of the tank in relation to the containment pallet, making it an indispensable, unique piece for total spill control. It features a drain plug on the lower side of its reservoir to facilitate the collection of contained liquid in the event of a spill. It is entirely constructed of polyethylene to prevent any type of liquid (flammable, corrosive, etc.) from being spilled. With its black support platform, dirt is hidden, keeping your workspace always clean. It provides containment for all IBCs (liters) and supports an exceptional lifting force of 2,500 kg and/or 3,500 kg in dissipated load, as found in the models mentioned above.
